As was the case in previous years, the people in charge at the animal shelters in Breitenbrunn and Selb can look forward to another donation of 2,500 Euros each from BD|SENSORS. This was handed over to manager Denise Prell by Claudia Jena (Export sales management) at an on-site meeting in Breitenbrunn. The establishment there will use the donation to procure better quality food, since some dogs have recently been taken in which require special care before they can be homed.
The donation will also cover the running costs for the animals in the Selb animal shelter. Manager Julia Stopp visited the BD|FORUM for the handover of the donation, accompanied by a lively trio in the form of puppies Dobby, Odie and Flip. “As dog owners and professed animal lovers, we would also like to make a social contribution this year and support needy dogs,” said BD|SENSORS CEO Rainer Denndörfer at the cheque handover. “The establishments are confronted with a great deal of animal suffering and require appropriate financial support – and we are happy to provide this with a considerable amount of conviction.”
During the 2021 pre-Christmas period, the management and the persons responsible for sales decided to support another needy establishment. Instead of giving gifts to business partners, another 2,500 Euros was handed over to the Doggenhilfe e.V. Association – a private association which specialises in needy Great Danes.
