As part of a series of events run by "Familienpakt Bayern", BD|SENSORS opened its doors to give interested visitors a look behind the scenes. A moderated discussion panel then discussed how the company is combining the two issues of family and work, something that is very dear to company founder Rainer Denndörfer’s heart. Together with HR Manager Caroline Korndörfer-Rüger, questions from the participants were answered and various HR-related issues currently impacting the mid-size sector were subsequently discussed in an informal session.
